New Horizons In-Home Care: A Compassionate Care Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Eugene team as a Care Advisor. If you are a service-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, sales experience, and a passion for making a difference, we'd love to meet you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Care Management team to deliver an exceptional experience at every interaction
  • Receive and process calls from potential clients, care providers, family members, hospital staff, and other medical professionals
  • Promote a positive work environment and present a professional appearance
  • Create, maintain, and update client files
  • Coordinate with the Training Specialist and Scheduling staff to assess new hire schedules, abilities, and training needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff, providing assistance and information
  • Comply with all agency policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare, sales, or customer service-related field
  • Education and/or experience in Healthcare administration, sales, or customer service
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities with recommended solutions
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with diverse populations
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team player in high-stress situations with a positive work ethic
  • Strong computer skills in business applications
