The UTMB Health organization is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Nurse Clinician III in their Travis Unit. This position requires a strong foundation in nursing care and the ability to provide direct care to patients in a prison or jail setting.

Job Summary

As a Nurse Clinician III, you will be responsible for providing competent clinical care to assigned patients, assessing their needs, formulating individualized care plans, and executing physician orders. You will also serve as a resource for other nursing staff and participate in an interdisciplinary care team focused on patient-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, to compensate for your skills and qualifications. This is an open-pooled position, and we encourage applicants with varying levels of experience to apply. Those with less than two years of experience may be considered for lower-level positions.
