We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Humana. This role involves leading a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in automation architecture, and programming skills in multiple languages. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary range of $117,600 - $161,700 per year, based on location and individual qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, focusing on automation in complex systems.
