Role Overview:
As a vital member of the CFS Supply Chain Team, your contributions will be crucial in achieving our organizational goals through effective Warehousing and Material Management. You will oversee the timely processing of shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for CFS logistics functions.
- Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Uphold the physical condition of the loading dock and warehouse while adhering to safety protocols.
- Process incoming shipments, verify purchase order details, and manage non-conforming or damaged items appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.
- Enforce CFS Safety guidelines and policies, addressing unsafe conditions or behaviors while ensuring a clean work environment.
- Ensure compliance with CFS HAZMAT storage and shipping regulations.
- Operate various material handling and powered equipment, obtaining a DOT License as necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite applications.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehousing operations.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping and multimodal transportation.

Additional Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or shop floor settings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform tasks such as standing, typing, and sitting for extended periods.
- A commitment to safety to mitigate industrial hazards, including heat, cold, noise, fumes, and other risks.
- Willingness to travel or work nights/weekends/on-call as needed.
