**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve laboratory efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff on new procedures and equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including inventory, quality control, and maintenance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in laboratory management.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience with MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office and Excel, with excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant quality, regulatory, and ICH guidelines is highly desirable.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Position handles hazardous materials.
  • Lab work does not involve blood or animals.
