About the Role:

The Pastry Cook 3 is a key member of our pastry team, responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats for our guests.
• Work collaboratively with the pastry team to ensure seamless execution of menu items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Four Seasons' high standards.
• Operate and maintain pastry equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proof boxes.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of culinary experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Intermediate culinary knowledge and skills, with a focus on pastry arts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.
