About the RoleThe Pastry Cook 3 is a key member of our pastry team, responsible for preparing high-quality sweet treats, pastries, cakes, and other desserts for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
Responsibilities- Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to guest orders and banquet event orders.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a flawless final product.
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean equipment such as sheeters, ovens, proof boxes, and mixers.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum of one year of culinary or related work experience.
- Intermediate culinary knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
