  • Assist in clearing unnecessary items from tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Collaborate with the team to stock and polish glassware, dishes, and silverware, ensuring that all equipment is clean and ready for use.
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team, providing proactive support to ensure a seamless service.
  • Communicate clearly and continuously with servers and management to ensure that all guests' needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing/walking position and lift up to 50 pounds, with regular breaks to maintain physical well-being.
  • Self-motivation, exceptional work ethic, and a collaborative attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
