Bare Dermatology is seeking a highly skilled Biologics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of biologic medications, including inventory management, patient tracking, and communication with insurance companies and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate biologic medication inventory and ensure timely delivery to patients.
  • Track patient medication usage and communicate with providers to ensure accurate dosing.
  • Work closely with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations and resolve claim denials.
  • Collaborate with specialty pharmacies to ensure efficient turnaround times for patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations, formulary changes, and other relevant information regarding biologic medications.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in dermatology, preferably in a biologic medication coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of biologic medications, including indications and storage restrictions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
