Job Description

Vintage clinic, located in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to drive change and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program, with at least two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider. They will be comfortable treating adult patients, conducting comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment, and providing care without physician supervision.

  • Must possess current, unrestricted license in practicing state or be eligible for licensure
  • Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000 in this location.
