Job Summary:

About the Role:

This challenging and rewarding position involves providing diagnostic, therapeutic, surgical, and preventative care to patients. Key responsibilities include examining and diagnosing patients, analyzing lab results and x-rays, writing prescriptions, and providing surgical assistance.

Work Environment:

The Physician Assistant may work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, often independently under the license of a physician or as part of a treatment team. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

What We Offer:

Houston Methodist offers a competitive salary range of $**$110,000 - $140,000 per year**, depending on experience, education, and certifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and current licensure in the State of Texas. Experience working in a hospital setting and certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) are also highly desirable.
