Position Overview:

As a Land Services Associate Broker, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on the acquisition, leasing, and marketing of land properties for our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship management.
  • Provide comprehensive insights to property owners regarding leasing options, market trends, and property valuations.
  • Accompany potential clients on property tours to discuss features, pricing, and leasing terms.
  • Compile and present property data, including tenant surveys, market analysis, and listing presentations.
  • Prepare and review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and analyze responses.
  • Conduct thorough market research to generate reports on rental rates, tenant demographics, and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate necessary documentation for transactions, including agreements and contracts.
  • Assist legal teams in drafting real estate contracts, including leases and sales agreements.
  • Stay informed on market dynamics, property valuations, and relevant legislation impacting the real estate landscape.
  • Engage with the local business community and participate in industry events to foster new connections and business opportunities.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Texas Real Estate Salesperson license.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
