About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Culinary Utility Associate to join our team at HHS, LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment for our hospital cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom
  • Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes
  • Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift
  • Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner
  • Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas
  • Monitor and empty trash cans
  • Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures
  • Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
  • Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare, dishwasher, housekeeping, janitor, custodian)
