We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator - LPN to join our team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations to optimize clinical operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care and clinical services, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance studies and implement QA/QI initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an LPN program.
  • 4 years of healthcare experience.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certifications.
