Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator - LPN to join our team at Marquette Family Med Phys Prac. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations, ensuring seamless patient care, and supporting our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting clinical services delivery
  • Perform quality assurance studies and implement QA/QI initiatives
  • Serve as a resource for staff and external contacts on patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards
  • Monitor departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and Joint Commission requirements
Requirements
  • Graduated from LPN program
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
  • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification
  • ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider certification within 1 year of hire/transfer (Hem/Onc Esc clinic)
  • 4 years healthcare experience
