Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Total Aviation Staffing, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business development efforts in the aerospace industry, focusing on industry-specific applications and services involving cold spray technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for industry-specific cold spray applications.
  • Create business cases and structures with defined goals, including revenue and cost targets, capital, and inventory requirements.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve development targets while coordinating customer action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to ensure successful execution of objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or strategic planning (preferred).
  • MBA or equivalent degree (advantageous).
  • 10+ years of leadership experience (desirable).
  • Familiarity with DOD operations, sustainment, and contracting (preferred).
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and apply reasoning to decisions.
Compensation Package
  • Estimated salary range: $140,000–$200,000 per year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including full health coverage and a 401(k) plan.
