Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative - Lab is a key member of the Laboratories Northwest team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a high level of satisfaction for patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone-based customer service to patients and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all communications with clients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle specimen transportation, ensuring timely and secure delivery to laboratories.
- Perform accessioning of specimens into the data management system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Provide pricing and place lab orders, correcting errors and discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain courier vehicles and dispatch couriers to clients, ensuring reliable and efficient service.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Depending on assigned area, MA-P license may be required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a laboratory setting or providing customer service support.
