We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Project Manager Intern to join our team at Pattern. As an Advertising Project Manager Intern, you will assist with special projects on the team to keep our digital advertising team a data-driven performance machine.

We are looking for someone with extremely high standards who is efficient and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to help our partners be successful.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote per week) based in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of highly skilled advertising strategists
  • Track and report key performance metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Conduct research and analysis using tools like Excel and internal proprietary software
  • Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data analysis
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Eager to learn new tools and techniques in digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of web analytics
  • Enthusiasm for eCommerce and digital marketing trends

What Does Success Look Like in the First 30, 60, 90 Days?

30 Days: You familiarize yourself with the team's processes, tools, and your role, establishing good relationships with team members and stakeholders.

60 Days: You actively contribute to campaigns and begin to present fresh ideas for improvement.

90 Days: You take ownership of specific tasks and start independently managing smaller projects under supervision.
