Full Time HVAC Counter Sales Position in Greenville, SC

Epting Distributors INC is seeking a professional and customer-oriented HVAC Sales Representative to join our team.

About Us:

We are a leading Wholesale Distribution company serving the heating and air conditioning contractors in NC, SC, and GA. With 16 branches offices and over 400 HVAC dealers, we offer Tempstar residential HVAC equipment, commercial and specialty products, as well as innovative marketing and training services.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, greeting customers, and handling multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional manner. They will assist customers in making product selections, research and source products, and process sales orders. Additionally, they will develop good working relationships with customers, resolve customer complaints, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance of the showroom.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent training
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Mechanical Aptitude or the ability to read and interpret technical documents effectively.
  • General Knowledge of HVAC a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Qualified applicants must be customer oriented and motivated with excellent verbal communication skills and strong phone skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and to recommend a proper course of action.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks, job projects, and deadlines.
  • Must possess ability to keep abreast of product applications and technology trends.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Benefits:
