We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to enhance our mission of providing exceptional healthcare to our most vulnerable patients.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering care and treatment to premature and critically ill infants within our specialized care unit. Collaborating with a team of seasoned healthcare professionals, you will ensure comprehensive and compassionate care for our youngest patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough physical evaluations of neonatal patients.
  • Formulate and execute treatment strategies for neonatal patients in partnership with the medical team.
  • Track the development of neonatal patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate and support families regarding neonatal care practices.
  • Conduct necessary diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
  • Work alongside other healthcare professionals to guarantee optimal care for neonatal patients.
  • Keep precise and current patient documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification in the state of practice.
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in neonatal nursing or a NICU environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
