As a key member of our management staff, you will take on the role of an hourly supervisor. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the management team at your location, stepping in as the manager on duty to guide the team in providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment for our guests. This position typically involves a blend of supervisory responsibilities and hands-on roles (such as Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.). Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as hourly supervisors generally cover 2-3 closing shifts weekly, along with additional supervisory shifts to accommodate manager absences, events, and meetings.

This supervisory role is dynamic and 'hands-on,' offering excellent opportunities for skill enhancement and progression to a manager-in-training position (RM or KM) within Pizza Lucé.

SCHEDULE: Full Time, availability required from Monday to Sunday, with a focus on closing shifts.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience, with a solid understanding of restaurant operations preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience of 1 year or more is preferred, including roles in other companies or industries.
