Full-Time Registered Dietitian Opportunity

Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nutrition care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans of care for our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality nutrition care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care for residents
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nutrition assessments and interventions
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in geriatric care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
