About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Sinking Spring Nursing and Rehab. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive clinical outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
