The Branch Operations Manager is a critical position within Patriot Environmental Services, responsible for driving the safety culture of our facilities. Key Responsibilities- Lead Safety Culture: Create and maintain an exceptional safety culture, setting the tone for employees to follow.
- Operational Excellence: Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area, ensuring employees are operating according to company goals, objectives, and core values.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and reinforce employee compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards, ensuring safe work practices and adequate support.
- Performance Monitoring: Review operational reports, identifying operational problems, customer concerns, and regulatory compliance and safety issues, and provide operational input.
- Problem-Solving: Monitor overall branch performance, providing solutions to problems that repeatedly affect branch performance or could lead to future issues.
- Field Visits: Conduct periodic field visits to evaluate project progress, inspect equipment, team performance, and working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Area management and HSE department to monitor safety statistics and ensure compliance with reporting procedures regarding accidents/incidents and reporting.
- Business Development: Aggressively market the Company services, seeking growth opportunities, and maintaining collaborative and profitable relationships with customer organizations.
- Financial Management: Prepare annual budget, based on market projections, needs for refurbishments, capital expenditures, and fleet additions, enforcing cost controls and general efficiencies to ensure achievement of financial targets and profit margins.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor on-going updates of equipment and parts inventories, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness, while ensuring 100% compliance with regulated certification requirements for equipment and personnel training.
- Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction to team members, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of operations industry experience, leadership responsibilities in environmental remediation or hazardous waste, experience leading safety programs, knowledge of federal, state, and location hazardous waste and safety regulations.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptive and flexible, financial acumen, strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, exemplary customer service skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, safety conscious.

- Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills.
