About the Role

The Warehouse Lead is a key member of our distribution team, responsible for leading and coaching warehouse associates to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop warehouse associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to develop and implement process improvements and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Provide backup support to other warehouse roles as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
