Job Summary

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist at Kenco Group, you will be responsible for maintaining perpetual inventory of materials and products, generating applicable inventory reports, and performing daily cycle count activities and inventory audits. You will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring all damaged product in inventory and providing necessary reports to leadership. Additionally, you will verify clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts, investigate and report discrepancies, and coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and product infestation audits. You will also be responsible for data entry into inventory and warehouse management systems, maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and following prescribed safety regulations. You will also communicate and report any incidents to your Supervisor and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Requirements

* High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Attention to detail
* Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience. Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
* Pass Background and Drug Screen
