This position is primarily onsite, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement following the onboarding and training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains to refine and optimize financial operations.
  • Oversee and contribute to the FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Work closely with various teams to collect financial data and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and scrutinize financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accuracy.
  • Play a crucial role in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining financial models that support key business initiatives.
  • Manage daily accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Great Plains.
  • In-depth understanding of FP&A methodologies and practices.
  • Solid grasp of staff accounting principles and GAAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial analysis tools, including SQL.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
