Work Schedule:
- Day Shift - 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Night Shift - 6:00pm to 6:00am
Compensation Package:
- Hourly Rate: $20.00
- Night Shift Differential: $1.00
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, FSA, HSA, 401k with 50% match up to 6%, vacation, personal time, and 8 holidays
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in machinery operation, is essential.
- Ability to demonstrate effective multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Basic computer skills are required.

- Operate the extrusion line, including setup, managing films and resins, adjusting production speeds, and performing necessary maintenance tasks.
- Monitor extruded products to meet specified requirements for gauge, length, width, bond strength, and color, while conducting quality control tests.
- Document production data accurately in logs and quality control forms.
- Follow production schedules and instructions to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Communicate any line issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
