Job Summary:

BB&E is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support the company's Program Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction management, with a minimum of ten years of experience in planning, programming, designing, and executing projects for the Air Force or Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with senior engineering professionals to design and manage complex projects.
  • Assist with security alarms, access control, and systems.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in engineering and construction management.
  • Four years of experience working at Air Force MAJCOM, numbered Air Force, or Field Operating Agency-level programs.
  • Professional Engineering License in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with codes, standards, design, and construction requirements for renovation of historic administrative facilities, Secret Open Storage Areas, and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities.
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 60% of the time.
  • Operate office equipment, including computer, copy machine, phone, etc.
  • Light lifting, under 10 lbs.
