Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Malpractice Litigation Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced attorney with a strong background in plaintiff medical malpractice litigation to represent our clients in court and provide exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities
  • Court Representation: Conduct research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Caseload Management: Effectively manage caseloads and deadlines to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, experts, and other team members to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • 1-6 years of experience in plaintiff medical malpractice litigation
  • Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar (Preference given to candidates admitted to the New Jersey, New York, or Delaware Bar)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent research and analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
