We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Wound Care Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team at Restore First Health.

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical and psychosocial history, to identify wound conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to deliver best outcomes for patients.
  • Perform advanced wound care therapies, including sharp debridement and amniotic allograft placement, as needed.
  • Provide patient education on wound prevention and management techniques to promote self-care and empowerment.
  • Travel with our mobile wound team, based out of Plymouth Meeting, PA, to patient residences and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of PA.
  • Advanced Wound Care Certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in wound care, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
