We are seeking an experienced Oral Health Specialist to join our team at HireQuest
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive oral exams and assessments of patients' oral health, performing dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures, as well as administering fluoride treatments and taking X-rays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough oral exams and assessments of patients' oral health
- Perform routine hygiene duties, including scaling and root planning, FMDs, probing, Arestin application, and taking digital x-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in patient records
- Collaborate with dentists and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience working in general dentistry and be expected to perform routine hygiene duties. Online charting is a plus but not required.
