Care Coordinator Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a Care Coordinator Mental Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health and substance abuse issues.
About the Role:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate patient care and provide education on mental health conditions and recovery strategies.
- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.
- A graduate of an accredited nursing program, with two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with one year of acute psychiatric experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
