Psychiatric Care Manager

Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is a 72-bed facility providing high-quality, specialty behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. We prioritize patient outcomes and foster a culture built around service.
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as our RN House Supervisor, providing leadership and oversight for patient care at Haven Behavioral Hospital. This role involves coordinating care delivery, supporting nursing staff, and responding to incidents while delivering compassionate care.
About the RoleThis is a competitive pay opportunity with a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k w/match, PTO, and more.
The ideal candidate will have an accredited RN degree, active state licensure in good standing, and two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
- Provide support to the DON and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
- Deliver direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
