Psychiatric Nursing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nursing Leader to oversee the provision of care during day shifts at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and experience in psychiatric nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight for the provision of care, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Serve as a resource to direct care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, demonstrating expertise in crisis management.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nurse Manager to develop staffing plans, implement staff education programs, and address other operational needs.
- Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary or assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Active state licensure in good standing.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred.
Haven Behavioral Healthcare offers a competitive pay package, including:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
