Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a liaison between our vendors and customers, guaranteeing that materials are delivered to project sites on time and in the correct quantities.

Whether it's a new stadium at a university, a hospital renovation, or a short-term project, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers and vendors. Your expertise in order entry, material submittals, and project software will be essential in ensuring seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing order entry on large project orders
  • Preparing and revising material submittals for customers
  • Providing reporting to customers and suppliers using project software
  • Coordinating item deliveries to ensure on-time performance
  • Executing job lot billing and processing invoices for payment
