Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Asset Management Office, including managing staff workload and providing guidance on completing tasks.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset records, including monitoring CAPPS/SPA financial systems for asset transactions and recommending corrective action.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff on asset management policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve asset management operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Manage and analyze asset data, including preparing reports and responding to customer and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Supervise staff and provide performance evaluations, individual development plans, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable experience analyzing data through processes involving accounting or asset management transactions.
  • Intermediate level or higher experience in Excel.
  • Experience in database management, including updating and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to asset management practices.
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and maintain accurate and detailed records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
