A DAY IN THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Imagine starting your day with a fresh cup of coffee, ready to engage in the dynamic field of plumbing and sewer services. The phone rings - a customer requires immediate assistance. You step up to the challenge With a friendly tone, you address their inquiries, schedule a service appointment, and help restore their day.

As the day progresses, you adeptly manage phone calls, coordinate job schedules, and oversee accounts receivable for our commercial clients. Each interaction is a chance to make a positive impact and contribute to a team committed to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Google Chrome and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in the plumbing industry or related field
  • Experience with management companies or multi-family housing
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan software
WORK SCHEDULE:
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
