Job Summary

CyberThink is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing facilities construction projects and teams, as well as engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of capital projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners, to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction-related engineering or related field from an accredited engineering school.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong background in managing facilities construction projects and teams.
  • Skills: Strong organization, leadership, communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in relevant computer software and programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • cGMP Compliance: Experience with cGMP compliance or related quality systems.
  • Lean and Six Sigma: Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
What We Offer
