Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • 7-20 years of relevant design and permitting experience.
  • BS/MS in engineering (civil or environmental), environmental science, or related degree.
  • Civil design and permitting experience related to layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion and sediment control is a must.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and contribute to new opportunities with upstream, midstream, and/or transmission operators.
  • Well-established reputation and recognition through relationships with environmental regulatory agencies and active engagement in trade organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a large, multi-discipline project.
