The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our senior living community. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of resident-centric care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to drive growth and excellence.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align community goals with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a strong reputation within the industry.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed occupancy targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and Administrator's license/certification per state requirements.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in senior living or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
