Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting daily restorative cleaning of floor surfaces using various mechanical and powered cleaning tools to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Responsibilities include eliminating wax accumulation, scrubbing and refinishing floor areas, washing walls, cleaning carpets and upholstery, dust mopping, burnishing floors, and more.
  • Complying with safety protocols, maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions.
  • Adhering to established work procedures and standards while upholding quality management systems.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work various shifts.
  • Knowledge or experience in floor care and cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Able to foster and maintain positive relationships with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds or more, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and moderate physical strength.
