Job Summary:

The Facilities Operations Manager, Business Services will oversee the effective delivery of managed services to our clients. This role involves coordinating departmental activities and engaging with all levels of facility staff regarding the Scope of Work at designated units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and supervise departmental functions and activities, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
  • Establish work standards and optimize workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies.
  • Manage expenses within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Continuously assess procedures and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client relations and customer service orientation.
  • Proven team leadership abilities, including staffing, recruiting, and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
