Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President of ElderONE oversees the comprehensive operations of the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization. This role encompasses the management of various PACE Centers, Alternative Care Sites, medical clinics, round-the-clock care services, therapeutic offerings, home care, transportation, and all other program-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, New York State laws (Articles 28, 36, and 44), and all applicable licensure requirements and performance standards.
- Drive marketing initiatives and enrollment growth strategies.
- Oversee utilization management and network development.
- Manage all facets of financial performance to ensure sustainability and growth.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Experience in Health Plans and a solid understanding of managed care principles.
- Familiarity with Medicare Risk Adjustment and Medicaid systems.
- A minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with elderly or frail populations is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Profound knowledge of systems thinking, change leadership, shared governance, matrix reporting, continuous improvement, process excellence, and financial as well as productivity management.
Compensation:
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour, commensurate with qualifications.
