Role: New Patient Scheduler

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of New Patient Scheduler at Inception Fertility. This position is essential in fostering effective communication with both potential and current patients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an outstanding patient experience through various communication channels, including phone calls and emails. This role also encompasses managing inquiries and registrations for new patients, with ample opportunities for professional development and comprehensive training.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Promptly addressing all inquiries from new patients via phone
  • Delivering exceptional service to patients through calls, emails, and chat
  • Guiding patients in completing registration forms for new appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions
  • Upholding patient confidentiality at all times
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 1-2 years of experience in patient interaction or scheduling
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
