Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled I&E Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing integrated project schedules, auditing field progress, and creating man loading charts and graphs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Audit field progress to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with project schedules.
  • Create man loading charts and graphs to visualize project resource allocation.
  • Assist in the development of document control procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information.
  • Develop data for progress and productivity tracking to inform project decisions.
  • Assist in short-term planning and look-ahead planning to ensure project continuity.
  • Responsible for schedule-related documentation and resolution of technical and scope discrepancies.
  • Utilize various data from databases and information from other systems to validate and maintain accuracy of integrated schedules and histograms.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project scheduling and coordination, with experience in developing and managing integrated project schedules. A DISA background is required for this position.
