About the Opportunity:

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Pay: $18/Hour

Location: Rogers, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM.

Daily functions:

• Communicate with Assembly lead throughout the day regarding what needs to be assembled.
• Mechanical assembly as well as adhesive assembly.
• Riveting, bolting, screwing, gluing components together.
• Assemble per provided blueprints.
• Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read tape measure.
• Previous mechanical assembly preferred.
• Previous experience with fabrication tools including but not limited to: Drills, caulking guns, squares, calipers, protractors, tape measures, grinders, etc.
• Basic computer skills needed, ability to learn ERP system.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 50lbs up to 75 lbs. team lift.
• Standing for long durations of time.
• Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
