Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to individuals with medical surgical conditions. This includes assessing patients' health status, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote healing and recovery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions
  1. Evaluate patients' health status and develop individualized care plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  2. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
  5. Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health literacy and self-care.
Work Environment

The work environment for this role is fast-paced and dynamic, with a high volume of patients and a variety of medical conditions. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to ensure excellent outcomes and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Salary for this role is estimated to be around $83,000 - $103,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
