About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians and other professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of diversity, inclusion, and quality care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in oncology nursing practices to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one to two years of nursing experience, preferably in an oncology setting.
  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
  • Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) within 30 months of employment is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
