Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a full range of banking services to retail customers, including transactional and non-transactional processes, to meet their financial needs and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Account Management: Open new deposit and checking accounts, explain products and services, and handle deceased accounts, while maintaining accurate customer and account records.
  • Financial Solutions: Discuss personal financial needs with customers, make recommendations on how the Bank can meet those needs, and cross-sell Bank's products and services.
  • Branch Operations: Prepare daily proof sheets, assist with end-of-day closing procedures, and maintain branch files and records.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with other Bank departments as required, make referrals to Wealth Management, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience required.
  • Skills: Interpersonal, time management, organizational, and PC skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends as needed or scheduled.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
